刘晓红,女,博士,华东理工大学生物工程学院副教授,主要从事海洋鱼类疫苗开发及免疫应答机制研究,主持国家自然科学面上基金、国家自然科学青年基金、国家重点研究计划子课题、上海市自然基金面上项目、重点科研基地创新基金中央高校基本科研业务费重点科研基地创新基金。累计发表SCI论文20余篇,申请中国发明专利5项,授权2项。


研究方向

1. 海洋动物疫苗分子设计:研发灭活疫苗、细菌弱毒疫苗或细菌减毒疫苗候选株;对不同疫苗菌株进行配伍形成多联疫苗。

2. 海洋动物疫苗佐剂研制:开展适用于海洋动物疫苗的佐剂筛选;开发完善佐剂的配制、乳化及抗原结合等技术。

3. 海洋动物疫苗免疫评价:疫苗激发鱼体细胞免疫与体液免疫应答时空变化;确立免疫参数变化和攻毒保护率的关系,建立疫苗有效性评价技术。
