 徐慧颖,副教授,华东理工大学生物工程学院硕士生导师。20106月毕业于河南师范大学生命科学学院,获理学学士。20166月毕业于复旦大学化学系,获理学博士学位。随后进入华东理工大学生物工程学院从事师资博士后研究工作,合作导师叶邦策教授。201811月留校任教,先后主持国家、省部级项目3项,包括国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、上海市自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金项目,同时还主持中央高校基本科研业务费探索基金一项。在Analytical ChemistryBiosensors and BioelectronicsChemical Communications等本领域权威期刊上发表SCI收录论文10余篇,其中第一作者9篇。

 

研究方向:

1. 纳米生物分析技术及微流控生物传感系统的开发。利用微流控技术的优势以及功能纳米材料和功能核酸的优良特性,构建可用于疾病标志物分析的传感技术及食品安全分析技术。

2. 外泌体调控机理研究及其功能化应用。利用外泌体免疫原性低、运输效率高、稳定性好等优势,对其进行功能化修饰,用于药物递送及疾病治疗。
