 张舰,工学博士,助理研究员,硕士生导师。2015年毕业于华东理工大学获生物化工专业工学博士学位,同年进入华东理工大学化学工程与技术流动站从事博士后研究工作,20183月出站担任教职。

近年来,依托生物反应器工程国家重点实验室和鲁华生物技术研究所,在重组抗肿瘤蛋白药物的制备及其活性研究方面开展了系统性研究工作。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金应急管理项目、上海市自然科学基金、中国博士后基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务项目等。在Journal of Cellular Physiology, Scientific Reports, Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, RSC Advances, Process Biochemistry等本领域重点期刊上发表SCI收录论文十余篇,申请中国发明专利2项。

 研究方向:

1. 重组蛋白药物制备

       针对重组蛋白药物生产及应用中的关键问题,利用微生物代谢工程和合成生物学的最新技术对生产宿主和表达载体进行改造,开发高效能生产菌株;

2. 重组蛋白药物活性改造

采用理性设计方法进行药物结构改造,提高抗肿瘤药物靶向性;结合药物作用机理,实现抗肿瘤药物活性的变构调控,降低药物毒副作用,推进候选药物分子的临床前及临床研究。

3. 生物过程智能优化与调控

       基于多组学大数据及微生物代谢模型,对蛋白药物和生物基化学品生产菌株的发酵过程进行智能优化与调控,建立多种宿主的发酵新工艺,实现从实验室小试优化到工厂中试以及工业化生产的一体化体系。
