魏巍

男,中共党员,博士,华东理工大学生物工程学院副教授,博士生导师。多年来一直从事合成生物学底盘细胞、微生物代谢途径、极端微生物开发及工业酶制剂等相关研究工作,在表达体系及微生物转化的相关研究领域具有扎实的基础。同时我们研究室开展极端菌微生物全基因组测序分析工作,2014年在国际上首次完成了南极嗜冷菌Mrakia frigid的全基因组测序工作(28,657,798 bp),并基于全基因组/比较基因组分析及次级代谢产物合成基因簇分析对南极嗜冷菌Mrakia frigid特殊代谢途径进行了初步研究。 本研究室部分研究工作已经发表于AEM(Applied and Environmental Microbiology)等领域内较知名期刊。本人参与了多项重要课题的攻关工作并做出了重要贡献,例如:在国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)“基于类固醇药物生产相关重要生物转化反应的工程微生物的研发”(no. 2008AA02Z209)这一项目中,作为学术骨干,建立了分枝杆菌分子操作平台,为相关基因工程菌的构建奠定了重要基础。在国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)“啤酒用新酶创制与低碳制造关键技术研究”作为子课题负责人具体负责新酶制剂研究项目的展开。本人第一作者(含通讯作者)发表SCI论文40余篇。撰写专利10余项。成功申请主持国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中央直属高校基本科研业务费专项基金探索研究基金、华东理工大学选拔培养优秀青年教师科研专项基金等多项基金,作为负责人承担经费超过300万元,并且参与多项企业合作的横向项目。获得甾体药物细胞工程与绿色制造技术, 中国石油和化学工业联合会, 科技进步省部二等奖及。甾体转化的细胞工厂创建及甾体药物绿色制造技术,上海市技术发明二等奖。 研究方向: 1. 真菌合成生物学:青霉Penicillium brevicompactum底盘细胞开发、CRISPR基因编辑系统、RNAi沉默系统、2A肽共表达系统、转录因子调控系统开发。 2. 表达系统/酶学与绿色生物制造:应用分子生物学及表达调控体系开发、极端微生物开发、微生物代谢调控、工业化酶酶库构建、微生物生物转化与制造应用开发。
