男,中共党员,博士,华东理工大学生物工程学院副教授,博士生导师。多年来一直从事合成生物学底盘细胞微生物代谢途径、极端微生物开发及工业酶制剂等相关研究工作,在表达体系及微生物转化的相关研究领域具有扎实的基础。同时我们研究室开展极端菌微生物全基因组测序分析工作,2014年在国际上首次完成了南极嗜冷菌Mrakia frigid的全基因组测序工作(28657798 bp),并基于全基因组/比较基因组分析及次级代谢产物合成基因簇分析对南极嗜冷菌Mrakia frigid特殊代谢途径进行了初步研究。

本研究室部分研究工作已经发表于AEMApplied and Environmental Microbiology)等领域内较知名期刊。本人参与了多项重要课题的攻关工作并做出了重要贡献,例如:在国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)基于类固醇药物生产相关重要生物转化反应的工程微生物的研发”(no. 2008AA02Z209)这一项目中,作为学术骨干,建立了分枝杆菌分子操作平台,为相关基因工程菌的构建奠定了重要基础。在国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)啤酒用新酶创制与低碳制造关键技术研究作为子课题负责人具体负责新酶制剂研究项目的展开。本人第一作者(含通讯作者)发表SCI论文40余篇。撰写专利10余项。成功申请主持国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中央直属高校基本科研业务费专项基金探索研究基金、华东理工大学选拔培养优秀青年教师科研专项基金等多项基金,作为负责人承担经费超过300万元,并且参与多项企业合作的横向项目。获得甾体药物细胞工程与绿色制造技术, 中国石油和化学工业联合会, 科技进步省部二等奖及。甾体转化的细胞工厂创建及甾体药物绿色制造技术,上海市技术发明二等奖。

  

研究方向:

1. 真菌合成生物学:青霉Penicillium brevicompactum底盘细胞开发、CRISPR基因编辑系统、RNAi沉默系统、2A肽共表达系统、转录因子调控系统开发。

2. 表达系统/酶学与绿色生物制造应用分子生物学及表达调控体系开发、极端微生物开发、微生物代谢调控工业化酶酶库构建、微生物生物转化与制造应用开发。
