个人介绍

博士、二级教授国家高层次人才,现任华东理工大学党委常委、副校长。中国轻工业生物基材料工程重点实验室主任,纺织行业生物基纤维材料重点实验室主任,发酵工业分离提取技术研发中心主任。中国食品科学技术学会食品添加剂分会主任委员,中国生物发酵产业协会益生制品分会副理事长,上海市食品学会副理事长国际期刊Food Bioengineering创刊主编,《化学试剂》、《华东理工大学学报》副主编,Food Science & NutritionBioresources and Bioprocessing《中国食品学报》、《食品工业科技》、《食品科学》等期刊编委。

分别于无锡轻工大学、江南大学(原无锡轻工大学)获得食品科学与工程专业工学学士、硕士、博士学位。2002.3~2010.3年,先后任职于上海生远食品科技有限公司凯能高科技工程(上海)有限公司江苏欣瑞食品科技发展有限公司。20104月入华东理工大学生物工程学院任教

先后主持10多项国家级项目、课题和省部级项目,承担了20项企业横向课题研发和产业化推广工作。相关成果以第一完成人获得上海市科技进步一等奖(2024)、中国纺织工业联合会科技进步一等奖(2023)、中国轻工业联合会技术发明发明一等奖(2020)等省部级科技奖励;申请发明专利68件、PCT3件,授权中国发明专利50美国发明专利1发表学术论文200余篇;出版中、英文学术专著3部;主编教材3获伦世仪教育基金杰出青年学者2018)、宝钢优秀教师2017)、 “十三五”轻工行业科技创新先进个人(2021)、中国生物发酵行业30年协同创新奖(个人)2020)、中国产学研合作创新奖(个人)2015)、中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖-杰出青年奖2013)等荣誉

 

研究方向:

基于分离提取技术的食品药品及材料工程。

主要研究兴趣:

1, 分离工程(膜色谱分离技术);

2, 糖生物工程(功能碳水化合物的生物制造、分离纯化及功能评价);

3, 生物基材料工程(生物基材料开发及其在食品医药纺织等领域领域应用)

4,特殊医学用途全营养食品、发酵食品开发。
