王启要,博士,生物反应器工程国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师。现任华东理工大学生物工程学院副院长。青岛海洋科学与技术国家实验室兼职研究员。入选上海市科技启明星人才计划、上海市浦江人才计划、上海市优秀技术带头人、国家现代农业产业技术体系病害防控岗位科学家和功能室主任,第二届农业部水产养殖病害防治专家委员会委员。2013.12-2014.12,美国哈佛医学院/霍华德·休斯医学研究院Matthew K. Waldor教授实验室访问学者。Microbiological Research杂志副主编。目前在iScience, Nature Commun, PNAS, Nucleic Acids Res, PLoS Pathog, mBio, Environ Microbiol, Virulence, Infect Immun, Appl Environ Microbiol, J Bacteriol, Vet MicrobiolFish Shellfish Immunol等杂志发表学术论文100余篇,授权专利20项;获得国家I类新兽药证书(2件),转基因生物安全证书(2件),新兽药临床批件(3件)。曾获全国宝钢优秀教师奖(2019)、农业农村部部十大新技术(20192021)、华东理工大学青年英才校长奖(2019)、华东理工大学教学成果奖特等奖(20192021)、上海市教学成果二等奖(2018)和南昌市科技进步二等奖(2004)、中国水产科学研究院科技进步一等奖(2020)等。

 

主要研究方向:人类和动物病原性细菌致病机理

   针对病原菌的典型流行菌株:1)开发生化分离纯化、转座子随机突变体文库、突变体确定文库、组学(基因组学、蛋白质组学和RNA组学)以及二代测序技术等新颖策略或技术鉴定其毒力因子;2)采用信号传导研究方法研究其感受胞内外以及宿主各种信号/胁迫的生物化学机制,进一步研究其信号转导并控制毒力表达的各种调控机制;3)描绘病原菌在致病过程以及环境适应过程中不同的毒力调控网络;4)为防治药物和新型疫苗的设计和组装提供靶标和相关分子器件,进行疫苗应用开发。目前主要研究兴趣是杀鱼爱德华氏菌和溶藻弧菌中群体感应系统(Quorum sensing)、三型分泌系统(TTSS)和六型分泌系统(T6SS)及其调控机制研究。
