周英骏博士

个人简介:

华东理工大学生物工程学院,特聘副研究员。研究紧扣国家“大健康”发展战略,致力于活性物质与肠道细菌的功能机制及其应用转化推动多学科交叉融合,构建“活性物质精准调控-菌群变化原位监测-功能产品开发应用”全链条创新体系。近年来以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci.Anal. Chem.J. Agric. Food Chem.Food Sci. Hum. Well.等国际权威期刊发表文章十余篇;作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后面上项目,参与国自然面上项目、上海市科技兴农重点攻关项目和北京分子科学国家研究中心项目等多项科研课题

研究方向:

1. 活性物质改善宿主健康机制研究

聚焦于构建“活性物质-肠道菌群-宿主代谢”互作网络,阐明活性物质(多酚多糖等益生元、益生菌以及后生元)对菌群结构变化与宿主代谢稳态的协同调控机制

2. 肠道菌群原位代谢标记与成像技术体系开发

致力于针对肠道菌群在体特性开发分子探针工具,融合化学生物学,开创精准监测菌群原位代谢活动变化的新方法(如激活型荧光、生物发光探针等)
