个人简介
中共党员,特聘副研究员,食品系教工党支部书记。入选上海市“超级博士后”激励计划、上海市科技启明星“扬帆计划”,华东理工大学第30期青年干部培训班学员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、上海市自然科学基金面上项目等国家或省部级项目5项。Food Bioengineering编辑、Journal of Food Biochemistry编委、Microbiome Research Reports青年编委、中国微生物学会酿造分会专家委员,中国国际互联网+大学生创新创业大赛上海赛区银奖指导老师和“挑战杯”上海市大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛铜奖指导老师。
研究紧扣国家“大健康”发展战略,以产业化应用为导向,主要聚焦功能寡糖基菌群导向性食品理性设计策略构建和菌群导向性功能食品设计和产业化。累计发表SCI论文20多篇,获上海市科技进步一等奖(8/15)、全国农牧渔业丰收奖(成果奖)二等奖(4/25)、中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖(4/11)、河南省科技进步二等奖(4/10)和中国轻工业联合会科技进步奖二等奖(5/8)等省部级奖项多项。

3)白酒、食醋等固态发酵工艺研究及生物反应器的设计
