个人简介
华东理工大学生物工程学院讲师。主要研究方向包括:细菌多糖的生物合成与可降解生物材料的制备,致力于以废弃生物质为原料发酵生产细菌多糖(如xanthan、curdlan and gellan等);新型纳米材料的制备及其在细胞培养(动物/植物细胞系)和癌症细胞治疗中的应用。累计发表SCI论文100余篇,以第一或通讯作者在Carbohydrate Polymers、Chemical Engineering Journal、Nano Research、Critical Reviews in Biotechnology、Coordination Chemistry Reviews和Journal of Nanobiotechnology等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文30篇、并获得国家自然青年基金(主持)、国家外国专项目(主持)、国际合作提升计划,中国-意大利联合实验室(主持)、及国际交流引进计划等项目资助(主持)。
研究方向
1. Metabolic and evolutionary engineering
Metabolic and evolutionary engineering of microorganisms for the biosynthesis of value-added bioproducts (e.g., biochemicals, bacterial polysaccharides including xanthan and gellan, and biofuels) from agricultural and industrial food wastes.
1. 微生物代谢与进化工程:利用农业和工业废弃生物质为原料,通过代谢工程和适应性进化等手段改造微生物菌株,高效合成高附加值生物产品,包括生物化学品、细菌多糖(如黄原胶、结冷胶等)和生物燃料。
2. Nanobiomaterials and exosome biomanufacturing
Designingand synthesisinginorganic nanomaterials (e.g., Fe₃O₄, Au, and ceria) for biomedical applications in cancer therapy and wound healing. Besides that, developing bioprocess engineering strategies to facilitate the scalable production, isolation, purification, and functional characterization of high-quality exosomes derived from different sources such as animal cells, microorganisms, and plant suspension cells.
2. 纳米生物材料与外泌体生物制造:设计并合成无机纳米材料(如Fe₃O₄、Au和二氧化铈),用于癌症治疗和伤口愈合等生物医学应用。此外,开发生物工艺工程策略,以促进来源于不同来源(如动物细胞、微生物和植物悬浮细胞)的高质量外泌体的规模化生产、分离、纯化及功能表征。
