马悦,男,华东理工大学生物化工专业工学博士,生物工程学院副教授,国家现代农业产业技术体系海水鱼疾控岗位核心成员。主要从事病原微生物分子致病机制及免疫防控技术研究,专注于水产动物多发及新发重大疫病新型疫苗创制的基础科学问题研究与技术成果产业转化。主持与参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、国家海水鱼产业技术体系项目、国家重点研发计划和政府间国际合作科技创新合作项目、上海市科技科技创新行动计划农业重点攻关项目。近五年来,以第一/通讯/共通作者等在Appl Environ MicrobiolVaccineFish Shellfish ImmunMicrobiol ResPLoS PathogNucleic Acids ResSCI期刊累计发表论文20余篇。第一发明人授权疫苗中国发明与实用新型专利7项、美国专利1项。主编和参编国内和国外专著3部;制定发布水产疫苗团体标准1项(第一起草人)。获批国内首例鱼类基因工程活疫苗转基因生物安全证书1项、国际首例鱼类弧菌病基因工程活疫苗国家一类新兽药注册证1项(入选2021年度中国农业农村十大新技术)。主持申报的鱼类疫苗联合免疫技术入选2023年农业农村部主推技术。荣获2022年度教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)一等奖。在教学方面,主讲研究生课程《微生物病原与疫苗学》及本科生课程《感染病学与疫苗工程》。

 

研究方向

1.   病原微生物分子致病机制与VBNC机制:揭示阐明致病菌在鱼类宿主和水生环境中的存活流行、免疫逃逸和发病分子机制,为创新疫苗的理性设计提供防控靶点。

2.   水生动物多病原共感染分子机制:面对水生环境中广泛存在的多病原共感染的复杂疾病科学问题,致力于共感染下病原-宿主互作关键信号分子的发现,阐释多病原共感染下的细菌或病毒定植与侵袭分子机制,为广谱疫苗的创制提供创新靶点。

3.   疫苗智造技术开发与产业标准制定:在抗原制备技术、抗原保护与递送等疫苗制备工程制造环节进行新技术、新材料与新工艺的创新开发研究和产业标准制定。
