张敬宇

 

生物工程专业:硕士生导师

 

张敬宇,理学博士,助理研究员

20126月毕业于中国药科大学药物化学专业,获得理学博士学位,同年进入中科院微生物研究所从事博士后研究(合作导师张立新教授)。20169月加入华东理工大学生物工程学院。长期从事微生物和植物来源的活性天然产物发现、天然产物的生物合成机制解析,现已发表学术论文10余篇,包括发表在Nature BiotechnologyOrganic LettersAppllied Microbiology Biotechnology等期刊上。申请/授权国家发明专利9件,授权3件。曾获得中国科学院病原微生物与免疫学重点实验室利德曼杯优秀研究生奖二等奖、多次参加国际学术会议并做报告,获得2017年第六届实验室自动化与筛选国际会议的Travel award(全球6/届),是国际学术期刊Appllied Microbiology BiotechnologyChemistry of Natural Compounds的论文审稿人。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,作为主要技术骨干参与国家重点研发计划子课题、十二五艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治科技重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多个项目。

 

研究方向:

1.     微生物来源的活性天然产物挖掘:基于生物信息学技术,快速发现放线菌和真菌来源的新颖活性天然产物。

2.     新颖活性天然产物的生物合成机制解析:利用异源表达等策略解析活性天然产物生物合成机制。
