个人介绍:

赵梦瑶,博士,特聘副研究员,2018年入选上海市浦江人才”A类计划。博士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与工程专业,博士期间于加拿大渥太华大学食品安全与毒理学系联合培养两年,于毕业同年入职。

研究方向:

主要致力于食品营养与安全领域的研究,包括食品功能因子的生理活性评价、食源性热加工有害物毒理及安全性评价等。在该领域发表研究论文40余篇(SCI论文30余篇,JCR Q1 17 篇),其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chem., J. Agric. Food Chem., Pharmacological Res., Food Funct., Carbohyd. Polym.SCI期刊发表论文18篇。

近年来主持多项包括国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市浦江人才计划、国家重点研发计划子课题等在内的多个省部级项目、人才计划。

1. 国家自然科学基金青年基金(31801668),食源性有害物丙烯酰胺通过NLRP3炎症小体激活介导神经毒性的机制探索2019-2021,主持;
