  高蓓,女,198210月生,博士,华东理工大学生物工程学院硕士生导师。长期致力于合成生物学、分子生物学、生物催化与生物转化等领域相关研究工作。作为负责人先后主持国家科技部“863”计划、国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费探索基金等多项国家及省部级课题,并与恒瑞医药股份有限公司、汉康豆类食品有限公司等多家企业进行合作。在Scientific ReportsCatalysis Science and Technology”“FEBS Journal”“Journal of Biotechnology”等本领域重点期刊上发表论文多篇,授权专利多项。

合成生物学:基于合成生物学和代谢工程的原理和方法,致力于微生物细胞工厂的开发与应用;

酶工程:基于计算生物学和结构生物学的酶资源开发与理性改造;基于生物化学和生物催化与转化的工业化酶的创制及应用技术研究。
