生物工程专业:硕士生导师


19819月生,湖南衡阳人,中美联合培养博士,生物工程专业硕士生导师。入选2015年度华东理工大学青年英才引进与培育计划。

近十年来,一直从事微生物选育、生理生化和分子生物学相关基础研究。针对微藻代谢产物的合成与基因遗传改造进行了大量研究工作,涉及生理生化、细胞生物学、分子生物学、代谢调控以及功能基因组学等方面的相关工作。通过全转录组测序、细胞代谢过程的碳流向解析、环境刺激与细胞互作机制研究等多种手段找到了能源微藻基因工程改造的关键基因。目前正在从事雨生红球藻高产虾青素的工艺开发和基因工程改造等研究工作。作为项目负责人承担国家高技术研究发展计划(863)课题、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和一等资助、中央高校基本科研业务费-探索研究基金、973项目子课题等多个国家级/省部级项目。现已在生物技术领域相关期刊上公开发表SCI等各类论文39篇;申请发明专利12项,其中中国专利6项、PCT专利1项、美国/欧盟/澳大利亚/巴西/印度专利各1项。担任科技核心期刊《现代生物医学进展》编委,以及Bioresource TechnologyAlgae Research等国际期刊审稿人。
