男,196710月出生,中共党员,博士,华东理工大学生物工程学院鲁华生物技术研究所、生物反应器工程国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师。1988年毕业于电子科技大学(成都)应用化学专业;1991年硕士毕业于华东理工大学应用化学系,2004年毕业于华东理工大学生物工程学院,获生物化工博士学位。2009-2010年在美国西北大学(Northwestern University)生物医药工程系留学访问。
   
主要从事生物材料(仿生粘附材料)、多酶自组装与催化、新药研发以及天然产物功能评价等工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项;主持国家“863”课题2项;作为骨干成员参加完成国家“863” 重大项目2项和国家自然科学基金项目1项;参加国家重大科学技术专项课题2项;主持和参加省部级项目12项;负责完成企业合作项目十余项;主持获得国家新药临床批件2项;获2012年上海市科技进步一等奖一项,2013年上海市技术发明奖一等奖一项;申请国家发明专利十余项;发表论文多篇

主要研究方向
1
、 仿生粘附材料:仿生粘附材料的制备、性能研究与应用,特别是在组织、器官和神经外科手术修复中作为粘附剂的应用研究。

、 多酶自组装与催化:胞内外的多酶自组装技术研究;手性药物及手性医药中间体的生物合成工作,对酶催化反应以及生物转化生产手性药物及手性中间体有丰富的经验。有丰富的有机合成实验室经验以及工业放大实践经验,主持完成多项新药研发工作,获得2项国家新药临床批件,熟悉新药研发及报批程序。

、 中药及其有效成分新功能开发:建立了针对前列腺增生、肥胖、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤抗皱抗衰老等天然产物体外筛选模型;中草药有效成分的分离纯化以及结构鉴定。
