博士,教授,博士生导师,华东理工大学生物工程学院副院长,中国轻工业生物基材料工程重点实验室主任(兼),发酵工业分离提取技术研发中心主任(兼),华东理工大学恒天生物基材料联合研究院院长(兼),生物反应器工程国家重点实验室PI。科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、上海市曙光学者。

分别于无锡轻工大学、江南大学(原无锡轻工大学)食品学院获得食品科学与工程专业工学学士(1999.6)、硕士(2001.12)、博士(2009.12)学位。20025月至20105月,兼任上海市高校毕业生就业指导中心(现上海市学生事务中心)流动党支部书记。2002.3~2004.10年,任职于上海生远食品科技有限公司。20051月至20091月,任职于凯能高科技工程(上海)有限公司工业流体事业部。20091月出任江苏欣瑞食品科技发展有限公司总经理。20104月调入华东理工大学生物工程学院食品科学与工程系任教,20117月晋升副教授,20133月至20143月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校农业与生物工程系做访问学者,20157月破格晋升教授。

2013年获得中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖-杰出青年奖2015年获得中国产学研合作创新奖2015年获得华东理工大学第二届青年英才校长奖。成果获得2016年中国轻工业联合会科学技术发明一等奖(排名第1)、2014年中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步一等奖1项(排名第1)、2016年上海市科技进步二等奖(排名第1)、2012年上海市科技进步三等奖1(排名第1)2014年海南省科技进步二等奖1(排名第6)。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,主持或参加国家科技部 “863”计划项目3项,主持国家重点研究计划课题1项、工信部绿色制造和系统集成项目1项、山东省成果转化和自主创新专项课题1项,主持其他各类纵向课题5项;同时承担10余项企业横向课题研发工作,数项成果实施产业化应用推广,具有丰富的工程设计和工程实践经验。编著《膜分离技术在食品发酵工业中的应用》(2011.7),参编《孕产乳母食品》(2001.6),主编十二五食品科学与工程专业规划教材《食品工程原理》(2013.9)。申请发明专利30件,实用新型专利6件,共计授权20件。发表或录用学术论文60余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇。


社会兼职

中国食品科学技术学会理事、青年工作委员会副主任委员;中国生物发酵产业协会理事;中国保健协会专家委员会专家委员;中国微生物学会酿造分会委员;上海食品学会理事;上海市食品化妆品质量安全管理协会理事;《生物技术进展》、《食品工业科技》、《中国酿造》等学术期刊编委;上海市乳业生物技术工程中心学术委员会委员、肉类加工四川省重点实验室学术委员会委员。

主要研究兴趣:

1、氨基糖类(甲壳素及其衍生物)及其他功能糖分离提取制备和应用研究;

2、分离提取技术及装备研究(膜分离及工业色谱),关注于在食品发酵领域的应用;

3、功能发酵与酿造食品研究与开发。

4、生物基材料创造及应用。
