  博士,教授,博士生导师,国家“万人计划”创新领军人才,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,上海市曙光学者。华东理工大学生物工程学院副院长、中国轻工业生物基材料工程重点实验室主任(兼)、生物反应器工程国家重点实验室PI、发酵工业分离提取技术研发中心主任、华东理工大学—恒天生物基材料联合研究院院长、华东理工大学—长龙生物壳寡糖研究中心主任。上海市乳业生物技术工程中心学术委员会委员、肉类加工四川省重点实验室学术委员会委员。中国食品科学技术学会理事、青年工作委员会副主任委员;中国生物发酵产业协会理事;中国保健协会专家委员会专家委员;中国微生物学会酿造分会委员;上海食品学会理事;上海市食品化妆品质量安全管理协会理事;Food Science & Nutrition、《生物技术进展》、《食品工业科技》、《中国酿造》等学术期刊编委。 

  分别于无锡轻工大学、江南大学(原无锡轻工大学)食品学院获得食品科学与工程专业工学学士(1999.6)、硕士(2001.12)、博士(2009.12)学位。2002年5月至2010年5月,兼任上海市高校毕业生就业指导中心(现上海市学生事务中心)流动党支部书记。2002.3~2004.10年,任职于上海生远食品科技有限公司。2005年1月至2009年1月,任职于凯能高科技工程(上海)有限公司工业流体事业部。2009年1月出任江苏欣瑞食品科技发展有限公司总经理。2010年4月调入华东理工大学生物工程学院任教,2011年7月晋升副教授,2013年3月至2014年3月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校农业与生物工程系做访问学者,2015年7月破格晋升教授。

  近年来主持8项包括国家重点研究计划、 “863”计划、国家自然科学基金、工信部绿色制造和系统集成项目等在内的国家科研项目和重大省部级项目,承担了10余项企业横向课题研发工作,数项成果实施产业化应用推广,具有丰富的工程设计和工程实践经验。科研成果获得2016年中国轻工业联合会科学技术发明一等奖(排名第1)、2014年中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步一等奖1项(排名第1)、2016年上海市科技进步二等奖(排名第1)、2012年上海市科技进步三等奖1项(排名第1)、2014年海南省科技进步二等奖1项(排名第6)。申请发明专利30件,实用新型专利6件,共计授权20件。发表学术论文88篇,其中SCI收录论文57篇。2017年获得“宝钢优秀教师奖”,2013年获得“中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖-杰出青年奖”,2015年获得“中国产学研合作创新奖”,2015年获得“华东理工大学第二届青年英才校长奖”。 

主要研究方向:基于分离提取技术的食品药品及材料工程。

主要研究兴趣:

1, 糖生物工程(功能碳水化合物的绿色生物制造、分离纯化及功能评价);

2, 分离工程(膜和色谱分离技术及其在糖工程、生物制造中的应用);

3, 生物基材料工程(新型生物基材料开发、纳米生物基材料及其在食品医药应用) 

4, 功能发酵与酿造食品研究与开发。
