张建,博士、副教授,硕士生导师。2000.09-2007.06于河南农业大学获得微生物学硕士学位,2011年获得华东理工大学生物化工专业工学博士学位,后留校工作,入选上海市“浦江人才”计划(2018年),2016.01-2017.01、2019.05-2021.08于密歇根州立大学化工系和植物学系进行访问研究。长期从事生物质的资源化研究以及药食同源产品的开发,作为课题负责人获得国家自然科学基金(面上和青年)、国家重点研发计划子课题、博士后基金、中央高校基本科研业务费以及多家企业的横向课题资助,以第一作者和通讯作者在SCI期刊发表论文30余篇,申请中国发明专利数项。
研究方向:
1. 生物质的资源化研究
利用先进的理化、生物复合加工技术,将纤维素资源转化为生物能源、生物基化学品、动物饲料和作物栽培基质;
2. 药食同源产品的研制与开发
通过高效酶处理及微生物发酵技术,将中药材中的活性成分充分释放并转化升级为更高活性组分,用于生产保健品或原料药。
