  谢静莉,女,工学博士,副研究员,华东理工大学生物工程学院。

现任食品科学与工程系主任,曾任华东理工大学生物反应器工程国家重点实验室常务副主任。先后作为课题组长或负责人承担科技部863计划、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、上海市科技攻关项目子课题,科技部973计划项目子课题等多项国家及省部级课题。与雀巢上海研发有限公司、美国派拉蒙农场有限公司、赢创(上海)投资管理有限公司,澳大利亚长青食品有限公司;安琪股份有限公司,上海清美绿色食品有限公司,上海汉康豆类食品有限公司等多家国内外企业合作进行产品和食品加工新技术开发。发表学术论文50余篇,其中以通讯/第一作者身份发表SCI论文超过30篇,授权专利9项。

主要研究方向:

食品生物技术:基于功能基因组学的乳酸菌益生功能研究(调节肠道菌群,缓解老年痴呆,降血压、降血糖、降血脂、降尿酸)与天然活性物质代谢途径研究;具有益生和促进健康作用的发酵食品/化妆品研究及开发。基于结构生物学的食品酶学研究与酶制剂开发。

功能性食品:基于生物信息学与生物计算学的食源性活性肽靶向酶解与构效关系研究;活性肽类功能食品/化妆品研究与开发。
