    工学博士,华东理工大学生物工程学院教授,博士生导师, 国家生化工程技术研究中心(上海)副主任。19638月出生于上海,1985获华东化工学院学士学位, 88年获硕士学位。96年于华东理工大学获生物化工工学博士学位。88年毕业后留校从事国家七.五攻关项目,溶氧电极和谷氨酸电极的研制以及葡萄糖氧化酶发酵、提纯工作等。9010月在大阪大学发酵工学科从事基因工程研究一年;91年应邀到英国Bath大学进行膜发酵研究一年。9212月回国后,获国家教委资助的留学回国人员基金, 从事螺旋霉素膜过滤发酵研究, 国家自然科学基金项目葡萄糖氧化酶膜透析发酵以及葡萄糖氧化酶菌种选育工作, "利用高技术改进庆大霉素菌种及发酵工艺", "果糖基转移酶"的研究,担任研究生学位课程"发酵调控学"本科生"发酵生理学""生物工程专业英语"等教学工作。97年开始从事九五攻关项目"红霉素发酵新技术研究"及国家86.3子课题,酿酒酵母基因工程菌高密度培养。98年从事毕赤酵母基因工程菌高密度生产表达人血清白蛋白中试研究。99年主持国家自然科学基金项目"小单孢菌分泌机制研究"98年任硕士生导师。现为发酵工程硕士点学术带头人之一。1999年晋升为教授,20013月晋升为生物化工专业博士生导师, 目前已有20余人获博士学位,其中一人获上海市优秀博士论文。2004年为微生物学硕士点负责人。完成国家“十五”攻关梅岭霉素工艺优化,国家十五“863”及国家十五“863”重大科技专项课题基因工程微生物表达系统发酵过程优化平台技术研究。并与企业合作进行肌苷、鸟苷发酵,阿氟菌素及头孢菌素C及毕赤酵母疟疾疫苗、植酸酶高表达等课题研究。2000年获教育部高等学校骨干教师资助计划,并于2002年获得高等学校优秀骨干教师称号。2001年获上海市曙光计划资助,2006年获曙光跟踪项目资助。2004年分别获得日本明治乳业生命科学奖和韩国SK基金资助。2006年作为项目负责人完成国家十一五“863”重点项目“头孢菌素C发酵工业用菌种改造和代谢工程技术研究(680万元)”及十一五“973”子课题等项目,并且所在研究团队于20112月荣获科技部授予的“十一五”国家科技计划执行优秀团队奖。近期正在承担十二五国家重大新药创制项目及教育部高校博士点基金及十二五“973”子课题等项目。作为项目负责人先后和英国GMX公司、韩国CJ公司、荷兰DSM公司及英国Strathclyde大学成功进行国际合作研究。20076月至12月在美国佐治亚大学遗传系高级访问学者。表学术论文200余篇。其中SCI收录论文136篇,EI收入100篇。学术专著及教材4部。迄今已申报包括国际PCT在内的发明专利1 项,申报国家发明专利45项,其中17项已经获得授权。2002200420113次获得国家科技进步二等奖(分别为第2,第3,第2完成人)。
