1984年12月生,江苏海门人,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。

2014年入选上海市“晨光计划”,2018年入选上海市“浦江人才”计划,美国斯坦福大学卡内基科学研究所访问学者。主要研究方向:以微藻及蓝细菌等光合微生物为研究对象,围绕生物活性物质(如PUFAs,多糖,功能蛋白等)开展基础和应用基础研究,包括功能基因组学、基因表达调控、代谢途径解析与组装、基于合成生物学及生物制造推动藻类资源高值化利用。

作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金、973计划子课题等多个国家级/省部级项目。已在包括植物学Top期刊Plant Physiology、生物工程与应用微生物Top期刊Biotechnology for Biofuels等杂志上发表SCI等论文20多篇,Google Scholar总被引用超过700次,单篇引用超150次;申请发明专利15项。曾受邀担任瑞士Frontiers集团杂志Frontiers in Plant Science(JCR1区)和Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology客座副主编,主持Novel Insights into Algal Biology and Biotechnology专刊。Scientific Reports、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Biotechnology Journal、Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology等期刊审稿人。开设本科生《Molecular Biology》(全英文)、《生物化学实验》、《进化生物学》等课程。指导国家级/上海市级“大学生创新创业训练计划”;参与指导iGEM竞赛、Bio-maker创新活动等。
