入选上海市“浦江人才”计划(2018)、上海市“晨光计划”(2014),美国卡内基科学研究所斯坦福实验室访问学者(2016-2017)。

作为项目或课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划合成生物学专项、973计划子课题、中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金、上海市自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目等多个国家级/省部级项目。已在Plant PhysiologyBiotechnology for BiofuelsBioresource TechnologyAlgal Research生物工程学报等专业领域重要期刊上发表论文30多篇,Google Scholar总被引用超过800次,单篇引用超200次;申请发明专利20项,授权8项。

研究方向

以真核微藻及蓝细菌等光合微生物为研究对象,围绕生物活性物质(如PUFAs、光合色素、多糖、功能蛋白、水产疫苗等)开展基础和应用基础研究,包括正向/反向遗传学、功能基因组学、基因表达调控、代谢途径解析与组装等,进而基于合成生物学及生物制造技术推动藻类资源高值化利用。

    开设本科生《Molecular Biology》(全英文,3学分,24学时)、《生物化学实验》(2学分,64学时)、《进化生物学》(2学分,32学时)等课程。获校本科教学成果二等奖。指导本科生参加国际遗传工程机器大赛iGEM获金奖及生物制造单项最佳奖;指导研究生多人次获得上海市优秀毕业生、国家奖学金和校高水平论文奖等荣誉;指导本科生获第五届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛校内选拔赛二等奖;指导本科生获“第十二届全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛校内选拔赛”三等奖;指导本科生承担国家级/上海市级“大学生创新创业训练计划”。
