198412月生,江苏海门人,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。

入选上海市“浦江人才”计划(2018)、上海市高校青年科研骨干培养计划(“晨光计划”,2014),美国卡内基科学研究所斯坦福实验室访问学者(2016-2017)。

作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金、973计划子课题、中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金等多个国家级/省部级项目。已在包括植物学领域Plant Physiology、生物工程与应用微生物领域Biotechnology for BiofuelsBioresource TechnologyTop期刊上发表SCI等论文30多篇,Google Scholar总被引用超过700次,单篇引用超180次;申请发明专利18项,授权7项。

主要研究方向:以真核微藻及蓝细菌等光合微生物为研究对象,围绕生物活性物质(如PUFAs,多糖,功能蛋白等)开展基础和应用基础研究,包括功能基因组学、基因表达调控、代谢途径解析与组装、基于合成生物学及生物制造推动藻类资源高值化利用。

    教学情况:开设本科生《Molecular Biology》(全英文,3学分,24学时)、《生物化学实验》(2学分,64学时)、《进化生物学》(2学分,32学时)等课程。指导研究生多人次获得上海市优秀毕业生、国家奖学金和校高水平论文奖等荣誉;指导本科生获第五届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛校内选拔赛二等奖;指导本科生获“第十二届全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛校内选拔赛”三等奖;指导本科生承担国家级/上海市级“大学生创新创业训练计划”;指导本科生参加国际遗传工程机器大赛iGEM竞赛、Bio-maker创新活动等。
