学历及工作经历

2001年华东理工大学与军事医学科学院联合培养博士毕业,获生物化工专业博士。

20017月起任职于华东理工大学生物工程学院应用生物学系,2007年起受聘副教授。

2011.8-2012.8 在美国杜克大学生物学系访问一年

2017年在瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学生物工程系访问一年

近年研究方向

主要涉及生物过程中多尺度数据整合分析过程生物学机制与过程智能化研究、代谢工程、反应器设计应用酶结构功能研究和应用、治疗用细胞/外泌体生物学与工程应用等。

代表性研究成果为对以黑曲霉、解脂耶氏酵母为代表的微生物细胞工厂开展过程多组学整合分析与发酵过程多参数相关分析,解析发酵过程代谢网络的变化和限制性瓶颈。通过酶工程、辅因子工程、途径工程、细胞生长与生产代谢转换动态调控等技术优化宿主细胞,结合反应器装备开发和过程数据智能分析从菌株-工艺-装备对生物制造项目进行系统性优化,提高胞内代谢与发酵过程的动态适配,突破细胞工厂产能限制。在干细胞规模培养技术和外泌体工程方面也正在开展创新研究工作。

负责和作为骨干参与了国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目、国家重大科研仪器研制项目山东省重大专项、工信部高性能高性能生物反应器创新任务等多个纵向项目以及多项企业横向项目,已在Nat BiotechnolMicrob Cell FactAppl Microbiol BiotechnolSyst Synth BiolBioresour BioprocessStem Cell Res Ther等学术期刊发表科研论文60余篇,申请和授权专利10余项。
