  周英,19794月生,博士,副教授,食品科学与工程系主任。先后主持和参与了多项国家自然科学基金、上海市科委重点项目、中央高校基本科研业务费探索基金等。主要研究方向食品及环境微生物的代谢调控机理及新型食源性益生菌资源的开发和利用等。
