华东理工大学生物工程学院教授,博士生导师,国家优秀青年基金获得者。曾入选上海市青年科技启明星资助计划、教育部新世纪人才资助计划。现任阿华生物工程研究所所长,上海海洋动物疫苗工程技术研究中心副主任。

1.主要研究方向
(1)
微生物感染与宿主免疫机制研究
针对重要的细菌病原微生物,通过比较基因组、感染转录组、感染蛋白组等组学策略系统筛选病原的重要毒力因子,深入解析细菌毒力因子与宿主关键信号通路的相互作用,从而揭示细菌感染与宿主防御的分子机制。
(2)
微生物疫苗及药物的分子设计
基于合成生物学技术和纳米材料技术,设计新颖的多信号调控回路和靶向传递技术,实现药物和疫苗的在体内的智能表达和定向传输。
(3)
人类疾病相关抗原研究及诊断技术开发
针对人体自身免疫疾病相关的重要抗原,建立大肠杆菌、毕赤酵母、动物细胞表达系统,并基于免疫-化学发光技术开发新型高效的疾病诊断产品。

2.主要科研成果
承担和参加国家863计划、973计划、支撑计划、自然科学基金项目等十余项。在ImmunityInfection and Immunity, Cellular Microbiology, PLoS OneApplied and Environmental Microbiology, Vaccine, Journal of Biotechnology等刊物发表SCI收录的学术论文七十余篇。与美国常春藤名校哈佛大学、密西根大学等建立紧密的科研合作关系,常年互派研究生开展合作研究。与国内多家生物制药企业建立产学研战略合作关系,已实现技术成果转化5项,金额近2000万元。
