山东青岛人。博士,教授,博士生导师。19937月毕业于南京大学生命科学学院,获硕士学位(导师:陈晓亚);19997月毕业于中国药科大学中药学院,获理学博士学位(导师:王峥涛);1999年至2001年在南京大学生命科学学院作博士后研究工作(合作导师:谭仁祥);20023月至今,华东理工大学生物工程学院工作,现任分管研究生\学科建设工作副院长,生物反应器工程国家重点实验室功能天然产物研究室主任。主要承担过上海市科委项目中药化学对照中药材指纹图谱研究部分工作;863主题项目子课题海洋微生物来源选择性免疫抑制剂FC大规模发酵制备工艺研究海洋微生物先导化合物的生物合成调控与产率优化;中央高校基本科研业务费交叉学科与重大项目培育基金项目农业废弃物资源循环利用与农产品深加工;国家自然科学基金项目水翁花逆转肝癌多药耐药有效成分及作用机制;上海-联合利华研究与发展基金项目具有抑癌活性柑橘黄酮的吸收代谢研究以及与雀巢公司、联合利华公司国际合作、相宜本草、上海家化等企业委托等30余项课题。


主要研究方向:

海洋微生物资源及传统中药的开发利用;生物工程技术(发酵工程、酶工程、基因工程、细胞工程)在中药及海洋微生物重要次生代谢产物(或新药先导化合物)研究中的应用;中药活性成分(或标准提取物)的制备、质量标准的制定、生物活性及其作用机理;天然功能成分在新药先导化合物发现、日用品、化妆品、健康食品、饲料添加剂中的应用及作用机制研究。
