.微生物过程工程:利用组学研究、13C稳定性同位素标记技术、全基因组代谢模型构建等研究生物反应器生物过程的调节和优化。

.微生物菌株构建和筛选:利用代谢工程和实验室进化技术、高通量筛选技术等构建和筛选能够高效合成特定化合物和酶等的微生物菌株。
